Classes

 

The TRX Training Center offers a variety of classes carefully programmed to suit your fitness and TRX experience level.  All classes are calibrated against our unique rating system of Sweat Factor (how physically demanding is a class) and Skill Factor (how much TRX technical knowledge do you need to enjoy a class). Both Sweat Factor and Skill Factor are based on a 5 point scoring system with 5 representing the top of the scale.

Look for the TRX class that is right for you today before scheduling a session.

New Members

New to the TRX? We strongly recommend that you register for one of our Getting Started classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm. If you can’t make that give us a call at 415-655-4797 so that help you make the best programming decisions. You will learn the basic principles about TRX Suspension Training and RIP. After you’ve completed your time with the instructor they will assit you in planning your TRX journey.

TRX Classes

In order to keep our classes personalized for your fitness goals, we limit our first floor studio to 23 people so you get the most out of your workout. Our second floor can accommodate 35 members for an intense workout. See our class descriptions below to find the workout for you.

 


TRX Body Blast

Strength and endurance work on the straps. An effective total body workout driven by high intensity play lists. All participants move in sync for a great group TRX experience.

TRX Circuit Training

Our all-levels, high intensity, interval training class using the suspension trainer. Challenge your endurance both on and off the straps in this total body workout.

TRX RIP Training

TRX RIP Training is our all-levels, high intensity, interval training class utilizing the Rip trainer. We recommend that you take a few suspension training classes and build a strong plank before jumping into this total body challenge.

TRX Rip Training LFS

TRX Rip Training LFS is for anyone who loves the Rip trainer and is looking for a new challenge. We layer speed, agility and explosiveness into this advanced workout.

TRX Strong

TRX Strong challenges you to push your strength to new levels in this rep-based workout using on the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight. This class uses some of our most advanced exercises and progressions.

TRX Straps & Sticks

Are you ready to bring your A-game to this workout? It doesn’t get any tougher than this at the TRX Training Center. We mix the best of suspension training and Rip training in a challenging interval-training format.

TRX Team

TRXTEAM is a progressive 6 week bootcamp style program. This fun, effective and results based course will track your progress, keep you focused and help you meet your fitness goals. The PM TRX Team course will meet Tuesday and Thursdays (2x/week) for $200.
