Since age 6 he has been involved in martial arts, break dancing, soccer, basketball and American football. One of his passions is Aikido. He has been a personal trainer since 2003 (TRX, NETA, Kinesis/PTA certified) and also holds sports conditioning coach certification with ACE.  He also is a Zen Shiatsu Massage Practitioner. He swears by the powers of TRX training after using the suspension trainers as his tool for rehabilitation to recover from knee surgeries. He is a BJJ and Rock Climbing aficionado. You can find him running long distance and obstacle races as well as training people of all walks of life.

Miguel Vargas -  TRX Level 3 Trainer

Miguel Vargas eats, sleeps, and breathes all things TTC. Suspension Training has become his passion over the past 2 years and has helped him excel in swimming, cycling, and natural bodybuilding. As a level 3 TRX Master Trainer, his only goal is to deliver exciting, challenging, and safe classes at the TTC. When he’s not teaching you may see him greeting folks at the front desk, popping his head into classes, or even folding those yellow towels you desperately need during your workouts.
If you’re coming in for the first time, give him a call and schedule a One-on-One appointment to learn the fundamentals of TRX Suspension and RIP Training. He wants to Make Your Body Your Machine!
