Terms and Conditions

Advanced Reservation Policy:

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Please make all reservations to guarantee a place in the class. Class purchases can be made online or in person. All class fees must be paid in advance (meaning you may not pay after you’ve taken a class). Reservations may be made up to two-weeks in advance.

Introductory Offer Policy:

Purchase a single class online or at the studio and if you choose to purchase a package, we apply that drop in fee to the total cost of the package.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your reservation online or by phone up to 1 hour before each class. If you do not cancel by the deadline, you will be charged for the class. All unlimited class package members will be charged a $10 fee per “no-show” or late cancellation.


All class packages begin on the date of purchase and expire in accordance with the package term: 5 and 10 pack = 3 mos; 30 pack = 6 mos; unlimited month = 30 days.

Late Arrivals:

First time students must fill out our questionnaire and may not enter a class once it has started. Returning students may join up to 5 minutes into the class. If a student has made a reservation but has not shown and it has been 5 minutes after class has started, his or her spot will be given away to someone on the waiting list.
