Classes will feature the TRX gear you know and love:

  • Suspension Training. Tighten your core, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and increase your flexibility.
  • Rip Training. Work your back, hips, and obliques for a stronger core and a healthier spine.
  • YBells. Push, pull, swing, and lift with this innovative, three-in-one weight that acts as a dumbbell, kettlebell, and push-up stand.
  • And more! From battle ropes to slam balls, our toys work as hard as they play.
